Application Instructions
1. Submit your application.
Email your application to office.manager@azma.academy or bring it to the front office.
2. We will respond within 5 business days.
3. If accepted, you will have 5 calendar days to complete the Registration Packet.
If accepted, we will send you an email with the Registration Packet. To enroll, a parent or guardian needs to respond within 5 calendar days by submitting the required Registration Packet included in the acceptance email. Once the Registration Packet is submitted, you will be able to enroll your student in extended-day programs, extracurricular activities, and sports teams.
What If My Application Is Waitlisted or Rejected?
If you are waitlisted or rejected, your application will not apply to any academic year other than the one for which the application was submitted. You will be able to reapply for other years.
What if My Early Education Student is Moving to Kindergarten?
Because Montessori Academy includes both a private and a charter school, students moving from Early Education to Kindergarten are transitioning from a private program into our charter school. As a result, all Kindergarten families must complete the full application and enrollment process for new charter students, as outlined on our enrollment webpage for new charter students.
