Applicants for lead teacher positions must have either a Montessori certificate unless interning for Montessori certification.

All staff must be willing to continually develop their understanding of Montessori theory and method of education.

All staff must hold or be able to acquire an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card. 

All staff must meed all federal and Arizona state requirements for employment at Montessori Academy. 

All staff should have meaningful experience working with children.

All staff must read our Core Values Statement and be willing to support and promote these core values.
