Schedule a Tour!
We offer tours weekly on Wednesdays at 9 and 10 AM with advanced notice. To attend a tour or to schedule a tour at a more convenient date and time, please email our office manager.
What is the order of preference?
Some students, including returning students and new applicants from previously enrolled families, are offered the choice to enroll ahead of new applicants from open enrollment. The order of preference when extending the choice to enroll is:
Current students seeking readmission
Siblings of admitted students seeking admission
New applicants through our open enrollment period seeking admission
What are the admission requirements?
Children who do not meet these requirements will not be admitted. Incomplete or inaccurate applications are a basis for denial.
✓ Children entering Kindergarten must be 5 years old by September 1st
✓ The Enrollment Application Form must be complete (signed and dated) and accurate
✓ All documents on the Checklist for New Students must be complete and submitted
✓ The Emergency Blue Card form must be complete and up-to-date
✓ Immunization Records must be complete
✓ Proof of age is required
✓ A complete Title I Form is required
✓ The Handbook Agreement Form must be signed, dated and returned
✓ When applicable, records requests must be completed prior to admissions
How are openings filled?
Charter Academy
Applications submitted for open enrollment are subject to lottery to fill openings per the guidelines of the Charter Schools Program Non-Regulatory Guidance, Section C.
Private Academy
Private school applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
How are students placed in classes?
Final decisions for classroom placement are made in the best interest of the child by the Administrative Team. Parents who have information relating to this decision should make an appointment with their child’s current teacher to discuss the issues.
The teacher will then bring those issues to the placement meetings where the final decisions will be made in the spring of each year. Changes in classroom assignments will only be made if the well-being of the child is seriously affected.
